We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team and handle responsibilities such as:
General administrative work (generating invoices using our electronic inventory system, filing documents, communicating with suppliers)
Order processing via e-mail, phone, and fax
Order receiving, packaging, and invoicing
Customer service and support
Customer acquisition
The position is part-time with the option of expanding to full-time in the future.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
Qualifications:
BSc, Business Degrees Required, MBA/Master’s equivalent is an asset
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Organizational skills
Time management skills
