1. Junior Accountant
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and handle responsibilities such as:
- Developing streamline payment plans
- Developing & implementing strategies to increase cash flow
- Identifying opportunities to create financial achievements
- Reconciliation of payments and receivables
- Customer service and support
- Directly working under CFO
The position is full-time.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, consistency, punctual, initiative, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
Qualifications:
- Great interpersonal skills
- Being adaptable
- Great organization skills
- Business degree major in accounting and finance required, Master’s equivalent is an asset
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
2. Business Administrator
We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team and handle responsibilities such as:
- General administrative work (generating invoices using our electronic inventory system, filing documents, communicating with suppliers)
- Order processing via e-mail, phone, and fax
- Order receiving, packaging, and invoicing
- Customer service and support
- Customer acquisition
The position is part-time with the option of expanding to full-time in the future.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
Qualifications:
- BSc, Business Degrees Required, MBA/Master’s equivalent is an asset
- Ability to build rapport with clients
